About This Treatment
Freckles (ephelides) and sun-induced lentigines are among the most common pigmentation concerns we see at Pranava. They respond well to targeted treatment, but the choice of modality — laser vs peel vs topical — depends on lesion depth, skin tone, and whether the pigmentation is truly epidermal. We assess every case before recommending treatment to avoid worsening pigmentation in darker skin tones.
